Data Analyst

Position Overview:


iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a highly skilled Data Analysts to join our network for upcoming projects supporting government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization techniques, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and custom-built visualization tools to present data effectively.
  • Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key operational metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Build applications using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate tools.
  • Work with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments for data management and analysis.
  • Analyze technical information and communicate results, issues, risks, and impacts in a simple, concise manner to a diverse audience.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Perform data mining to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes and drive data-driven strategies across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the defense or intelligence sectors.
  • Experience working on projects involving data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting, particularly within the context of defense or intelligence operations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and data manipulation tools like Pandas.
  • Experience with interactive data visualizations and dashboards or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud environments.
  • Current CompTIA Data+ or equivalent certification.
  • Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI eligibility.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on-site at government agency locations as required.
