• Analyze business rules and functional requirements
• Maintain and update system documentation
• Evaluate enhancement requests and provide estimates
• Design technical solutions using Visual Vault SaaS product
• Create and execute test plans and scripts
• Facilitate user acceptance testing
• Document testing outcomes
• Deploy software updates

Technical Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Visual Vault SaaS product
• Experience with business process workflow implementation
• Strong test planning and case development abilities
• Technical documentation expertise
• Knowledge of OITS applications and infrastructure
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education and Certifications

Required:
