Position Overview

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for our client, a leading government contractor. This role is based at Ft. Meade, MD, requiring 100% onsite presence.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Fourteen years of Software Engineering experience in similar programs
  • Note: Four years of additional SWE experience may substitute for bachelor's degree
Technical Expertise
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • JavaScript
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • Customer Entry Portals
  • ServiceNow expertise including:
    • Core architecture
    • Incident Management
    • Service Request
    • Change Management
    • Portal
    • Asset Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Web Services experience:
    • REST
    • SOAP
