SYSTEMS ANALYST

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a Systems Analyst for their client's Financial Systems Transformation Project. Systems Analyst is needed to lead a major financial systems transformation initiative. This role will drive the modernization of financial processes to a new statewide platform.

Position Overview

Work Environment

Hybrid Schedule:
  • Flexible work arrangement combining remote and office-based work
  • Office Location: Ocoee, FL
  • On-site presence required for key meetings and collaborations

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Systems Migration:
  • Map current and future state financial processes
  • Analyze budget processes and data migration requirements
  • Evaluate Chart of Account (COA) structure impacts
  • Design and implement financial processes using databases, Excel, and SQL
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop and execute system validation plans
Project Collaboration:
  • Partner with implementation team
  • Engage with key stakeholders
  • Drive successful system transition
  • Ensure data integrity throughout migration

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or related field
  • 3+ years in systems analysis or financial reporting
Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced Excel and Access proficiency
  • Process and data mapping
  • Financial systems and data analysis
  • SQL and database management
Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management capabilities
  • Independent worker with team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle implementation experience
  • Power Query/PowerPivot knowledge
  • IBM Blueworks or Visio expertise
