Position Overview

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer for our client, a leading government contractor. This role supports custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools.

Location

  • 100% onsite in Laurel, MD

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop CNO tools and techniques
  • Author comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in design reviews
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Support software readiness reviews
  • Follow established software development procedures

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Network Engineering
Technical Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year programming experience in:
    • Assembly

    • Java
    • Perl
    • Python
Development Environment Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
    • Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments
    • UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments
