Application Development Analyst

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking an Application Development Analyst. for their client's GIS and Cloud Solutions team.

Position Overview

A senior-level Application Development Analyst is needed to drive innovative cloud solutions and technology integrations, focusing on GIS System of Engagement (SoE) development and AASHTOWare systems management.

Primary Responsibilities

GIS Development and Management:
  • Lead GIS System of Engagement (SoE) development
  • Manage ArcGIS Enterprise environments
  • Implement ESRI WebApps and cloud solutions
  • Provide technical support for GIS functionalities
System Administration:
  • Maintain and upgrade AASHTOWare systems
  • Manage user accounts and metadata
  • Oversee database analytics
  • Support application services team
Project Leadership:
  • Analyze existing processes and applications
  • Gather and refine business requirements
  • Develop strategic designs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Technical Experience:
  • 8+ years web-based application development with ESRI WebApps
  • 5+ years ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal management
  • 8+ years ArcGIS Online expertise
  • 5+ years ArcGIS Pro and Extensions
  • SQL Server & Geodatabase management proficiency
Development Skills:
  • MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, Node JS)
  • .Net Core and Entity Framework
  • Angular
  • Cloud solutions
  • ESRI JavaScript API, ArcGIS REST API, Portal API
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
