iTrust Human Capital Management are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineers to serve as the Technical Leads and Onsite Project Managers for upcoming projects. These roles requires leading the onsite teams and ensuring the successful performance of all contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Client, with full authority to manage all contract-related daily operations.
  • Designate an alternate to assume Tech Lead responsibilities in the primary's absence.
  • Ensure the Tech Lead or designated alternate is available between specified timeframes.
  • Oversee and manage the performance of all designated personnel, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements for their respective roles.
  • Lead and coordinate technical and project management efforts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all contract tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program's Point of Contact to communicate any changes in personnel or project status.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in IT, with knowledge of housing processing within a military (Army) environment.
  • Experience in a lead role as an onsite senior manager directing an IT technical team.
  • Familiarity with Cloud administration and RMF Security Management.
  • Proven experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role, with a strong track record of leading and managing technical teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with government personnel, end users, and vendor development staff.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Availability to act with full authority on all contract matters during designated hours.
  • Commitment to excellence and a capability to lead and deliver high-quality technical solutions in a collaborative environment.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) or a master's degree (desired) in Information Systems, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or an IT industry certification.
  • Certification in CompTIA, Cloud Services, Microsoft, Cisco
